Inês led product at a Lisbon fintech for five years, where she shipped a wallet now used by 1.4 million consumers. At NexaFlow she owns Doc Threads, Async Reviews and customer research. Specialism: B2B product strategy.

Daniel was an engineering manager at a Berlin developer-tools company shipping infrastructure to 12,000 teams. He leads platform, infra and security, and drove SOC 2 Type II end to end in 2025.

Lena ran engineering at Cargosight and joined in 2023 as a customer-turned-leader. She owns the customer journey from onboarding through renewal. Specialism: B2B onboarding, retention metrics.

Yuki leads a six-person product design team. Her work on the Sprint Pulse heatmap won Awwwards Site of the Day in 2025. Specialism: data visualisation, async-first interaction patterns.

Ravi leads platform reliability and the on-call rotation, and architected the multi-region failover behind 99.97% uptime. Specialism: chaos engineering, observability.

Maria runs the 14-person Athens team focused on Threaded Stand-ups and integrations. Specialism: Elixir, Phoenix LiveView, integration architecture.

Tomás writes the Builders’ Brief newsletter, read by 14,200 subscribers, and runs growth, brand and community. Specialism: developer marketing, content engineering.
