Terms of Service.

Last updated 1 May 2026. These terms govern your use of NexaFlow. Plain language where the law allows it.

1

The agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and NexaFlow Unipessoal Lda, registered in Lisbon, Portugal. By creating a workspace or using the service you accept them. If you are accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

Where a signed Enterprise agreement exists, that agreement governs and these terms fill any gaps it leaves.

2

Your account and your content

You are responsible for activity under your workspace and for keeping credentials secure. You must be at least 16, or the age of digital consent in your country, whichever is higher.

Your content stays yours. You grant us only the licence needed to host, back up, transmit and display it in order to run the service. We do not use customer content to train models, and we do not sell it.

3

Acceptable use

Do not use NexaFlow to break the law, infringe someone else’s rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system. Do not test security against another customer’s workspace — sandboxes are free on every plan.

Automated access must respect the published rate limits. Sustained abuse may be throttled; we will contact you before suspending an account unless the abuse is causing active harm.

4

Payment, term and termination

Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Seats added mid-cycle are pro-rated to the day. Annual invoices are refundable in full within thirty days.

You may close a workspace at any time and export everything first. We may suspend an account for non-payment after written notice, or terminate immediately for serious breach of the acceptable use section.

5

Warranties, liability and law

The service is provided as described in our documentation and, on Enterprise, to the agreed service level. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before the claim. These terms are governed by Portuguese law, with the courts of Lisbon having jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your own country.
