Questions we get asked

Is this a productivity surveillance tool?

No. Pulse reports on the sprint, not on individuals. There is no per-person score, no leaderboard, and the capacity heatmap exists to spot overload, not to rank people.

What if our sprints are two weeks, not one?

The day-4 default scales with sprint length. On a two-week sprint the first warning lands around day 6, which is the same point in the curve.

Can we turn off individual signals?

Yes, per team. Some teams run scope drift only and ignore velocity entirely.

Does it need our tickets in NexaFlow?
