How it works

How Integrations works

  1. 01

    Connect in a click

OAuth for every first-party integration. No API keys pasted into a text field, no service account you forget to rotate.

  2. 02

    Choose the direction

Read-only, write-only or two-way per integration. Most teams start read-only and open it up once they trust the mapping.

  3. 03

    Map the fields

Status, assignee, estimate and labels map to your existing vocabulary rather than forcing NexaFlow’s.

  4. 04

    Watch it stay in sync

Conflicts surface as a review rather than silently overwriting. Sync health lives on the status page.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

What if the integration we need is not on the list?

Build it. The REST and GraphQL APIs, webhooks and the CLI cover everything the first-party integrations use — there is no private API.

Does two-way sync overwrite our tickets?

No. A conflict opens a review with both versions rather than picking a winner silently.

How many integrations on the free plan?

Three on Starter. Growth and Enterprise get all 92.
