Pricing questions
How does the free trial work?
Thirty days of Growth with no card. At the end you choose a plan or drop to Starter — nothing is deleted and nothing auto-charges.
Monthly or annual?
Both. Annual saves 20% and is billed once. Monthly is billed on the same date each month and can be cancelled at any point.
What happens when we add someone mid-month?
Pro-rated to the day, charged on the next invoice. Removing a seat credits the same way.
Do you offer refunds?
Within 30 days of an annual invoice, in full, no argument. After that we credit the unused remainder if you leave.
Which payment methods?
Card and SEPA direct debit on all plans. Bank transfer and purchase orders on Enterprise.
Which currencies?
EUR, USD and GBP. The currency is set per workspace and can be changed at renewal.
How is VAT handled?
Prices exclude VAT. EU businesses with a valid VAT number are reverse-charged.
Do you discount for non-profits?
Yes — 50% off Growth for registered non-profits and accredited educational institutions. Write to sales with your registration number.
